For lawyers in most areas of law, private investigators help them more efficiently collect the facts in a case or a claim that can make the difference between winning and losing. KP Assurance provides a range of services, including interviews, surveillance, locating people, and corporate investigations. Attorneys are our most frequent clients. I realize the results of a private investigator are mostly clear cut. You either obtain surveillance footage, locate witnesses, do the background investigation or you do not.

When the matter investigated is set for deposition, mediation or trial, I want to provide you with information that bolsters your defense. I want to make sure you have deliverable items such as a report with observations including diagrams, photographs, and interviews complete with an affidavit and or sworn statement. In deposition, I want to display a confident, professional and well-educated, thorough investigator. If there is bad information early in the case, hopefully, it will save your time and resources through my identification of such. Again, most of our clients are lawyers and some are very dear friends. If you are a lawyer, you know that many times, people are more likely to talk to an investigator than a lawyer because in my experience, lawyers do not always relate to people well in field investigations for various reasons. Hopefully, that is where our expertise will be of valuable to you.
